Free Annual Credit Report

Free Annual Credit Report: Compare Services

Have you applied for a loan or a credit card, only to be told emphatically “No”?  Do you wonder why lenders are turning you down?  Perhaps you simply want to keep an eye on your credit report (a good idea these days).  The credit bureaus all hold vital information about you, your life, your schools and education and your debts.  Obtaining a free yearly credit report is vital to maintaining a healthy credit score.  However, determining how to obtain your credit bureau report can be a difficult process.

If you want your credit report free, annual credit report.com can give you the information that you need.  However, you will need to understand what is included in that report, what information is not included, as well as the information that you will have to pay for in order to obtain.  While there is plethora of companies offering you information about your credit, your financial situation and even offering to clean up the mess for, they all come with a price.
What do you get free?  Annual credit report.com will give you the means to apply for a free annual credit report from each of the three big credit bureaus, Equifax, TransUnion and Experian.  Do you really need a copy from all three companies?  Don’t they contain the same information?  Yes, you do need a copy from each company, and, no, they do not contain the same information.  Each company will have different information, as well as different errors in reporting.  Without a copy of each report, you will be unable to dispute your credit history.

What about other companies?  Can’t you apply for a credit report and history from the credit bureaus, themselves?  Yes, you can apply through the credit reporting agencies though you’ll find that you will be charged a fee.  In addition, there is no entity that will give you access to your credit score without a charge.  Even through the above-mentioned website, you will have to pay to access that particular information.

What about other services?  There are other companies that offer information and access to your credit records and scores.  However, the only government authorized source for free is annual credit report.com.  While many of these services are convenient and provide high quality, highly accurate information, you will have to pay for their services.  These services can provide guidelines and a better understanding of the reporting and dispute process, though.  However, the cheapest method is still to request your information free, through annual credit report.com.

Credit Success Stories

The credit repair company you matched me with was amazing. I had a string of inaccurate information hit my credit report that misrepresented my character and borrowing capacity to lenders. My business requires that I have borrowing capacity at all times. Thinking I could save time and money, I tried dealing directly with the vendors that incorrectly reported information to my file. What a mistake! It just wasted time and aggravated me. I called your company and quickly learned that paying the professionals is the best way to go. You did in 10-days what I couldn't do in nearly three months. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done! Read More
